The Yokomo Aluminum SLF Big Bore Kashima Coated Drift Shocks Set is a premium suspension upgrade designed to improve handling, traction, and consistency on 1/10 scale RC drift cars. Featuring Yokomo's Super Low Friction (SLF) technology, these aluminum shocks provide exceptionally smooth suspension movement and precise damping performance for demanding drift applications.
The enlarged shock cylinder design provides increased oil capacity compared to conventional shock absorbers, helping improve stability and suspension response. Each shock body features a specialized Kashima coating that reduces internal friction, allowing the suspension to react smoothly to subtle surface changes and vibrations commonly experienced when driving with hard resin drift tires.
Precision CNC-machined aluminum components, chrome-coated shock shafts, and low-friction O-rings contribute to consistent operation and durability. The red anodized aluminum accents add a distinctive appearance to your RC drift chassis.

These shocks require assembly before installation. Fill the assembled shock bodies with the appropriate silicone shock oil, remove trapped air according to the manufacturer's instructions, and install compatible shock springs.
Adjust the threaded preload collars to achieve the desired ride height and suspension balance. Shock oil viscosity and spring selection can be customized to match track conditions, vehicle weight, and driving preferences.
Note: This package includes four unassembled shock absorbers. Shock springs and silicone shock oil are sold separately. Verify shock mounting dimensions, spring compatibility, and chassis clearance before installation. Vehicle is not included.
