ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All order cancellations* are subject to a 10% processing fee, orders requested to be cancelled after they have been packed and labeled are subject to a 25% processing fee.

*Orders paid by “Affirm Monthly Payments” and requesting to be cancelled are subject to 25% processing fee.

 

RETURNS

You may return most NEW, UNOPENED and UNUSED merchandises within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund (see refund policy guidelines). Merchandises wishing to be returned must accompany all manual(s), accessories, and all other item(s) in its original packaging and fully intact.

 

All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be provided by our online customer service agent. All return requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Please note RMA number can only be requested in writing via email and can not be provided on the online support phone line.

 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Note: We may require pictures of the item(s) requested to be returned.

 

Returns without RMA number will not be processed and can be shipped back to sender at their expense within 10 days of receiving the shipment. If not contacted within 10 days, sender will forfeit the ownership of the product(s) and no compensation(s) will be offered. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We will ALWAYS pay for the return shipment if the return is a result of our error such as receiving a wrong item, damaged in box**!

**This does not include the damaged package claim, rather it is for damaged-brand-new product out-of-the-box.

 

UNEXPECTED RETURNS

In the event a package/shipment is returned to us unexpectedly, including, but not limited to, insufficient address, refusal of delivery and return to sender, etc. will automatically put in “Idle”. At this time, customer can request to re-send the package at buyer’s expense or can request a refund under the refund policy guidelines.

 

REFUNDS

All returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. Original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable. We will accept merchandise(s) for a refund that was purchased on our website ONLY.

We will ALWAYS waive the re-stocking fee if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within three (3) weeks of receiving your return package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

Please note most PayPal transactions are immediate, however; Once the refund processed on our end, we do not have any control of the financial institutes.
