Order Processing & Shipping Policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. We do not process any orders on weekends and Holidays. Any orders placed after 12:01PM EST is considered as part of next business day’s order batch.

 

 

SHIPPING

We only Ship to lower 48 States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, you may still place orders but there may be extra shipping charges and these charges will be invoiced separately.

We do not offer any international shipping at the moment, however; International shipping will be available very soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified once International shipping is available.

We do not ship to APO/FPO address, P.O. boxes and/or Freight Forwarding Companies.

 

Choice of Carrier:

In most cases the carrier you choose at checkout will be the service provider that delivers your order. However, My Tobbies – Toys & Hobbies reserves the right to substitute for another carrier that might be able to either (a.) deliver your order faster, or (b.) better handle an order of the particular size, weight, and arrangement. The most common examples would be substituting UPS for USPS or vice versa.

 

All small orders ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

                        USPS First Class Mail ( 1-9 Business Days)

                        USPS Priority Mail ( 1-5 Business Days)

All other orders ship via UPS Ground.

                        UPS Ground (1-7 Business Days)

 

 

Damaged Package Claim:

If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please take pictures/document the condition of the outer box and send an email to [email protected] for further instructions.

 

Delayed Package:

As we understand the frustration this may cause, we simply do not have any control on possible delivery delays after the package picked up by the carrier. We do not offer refunds/cancellations.

 

Lost Package Claim:

If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. 

Before we can file a claim for a lost package, we must allow the U.S. Postal Service the full time allotted for delivery. Here is the timetable for tracing lost packages:

USPS Priority Mail - 14 business days from the day the order was shipped
USPS First Class Mail - 21 business days from the day the order was shipped (limited to no insurance included)

Please allow us 2 business days to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package. Please do not open a PayPal claim against the order, as this will further delay the process.
