The Redcat Ascent-32 V2 is a 1/32 scale 4WD rock crawler that packs genuine crawler hardware into an extremely compact Ready-to-Run platform. This Blue version features a classic trail-truck body combined with straight axles, 4-link suspension, oil-filled shocks, and soft compound tires for tackling miniature courses indoors or outdoors. A 2S LiPo battery and USB charger are included, making it easy to get started with only transmitter batteries required.
Measuring just 148mm long with a 105mm wheelbase, the Ascent-32 V2 can turn desktops, living rooms, garages, and small outdoor spaces into crawling courses. Full-time 4-wheel drive, straight axles, metal axle components, bearing-supported gears, and full ball bearings give the miniature platform a capable drivetrain.
A 1mm flat steel chassis provides a sturdy foundation for the truck. Front and rear 4-link suspension works with aluminum-cap oil-filled coilover shocks to provide articulation and controlled movement when navigating uneven surfaces and obstacles.
The classic crawler body is hinged at the front, allowing it to tilt open for convenient access to the battery and electronics. This design eliminates traditional body clips while keeping the exterior clean and easy to service.
Aggressive 42mm soft compound rubber tires provide traction while classic-style Redcat wheels complete the scale appearance.
An RC130 brushed motor powers the Ascent-32 V2 through a 2-in-1 brushed ESC and receiver. Steering is handled by a water-resistant sub-micro servo, and a 2.4GHz radio system provides proportional control. The truck also includes a 7.4V 2S LiPo battery and USB charger.
