The Onisiki Aluminum High Performance Micro Drift Gyro is a compact steering stabilization system developed specifically for small-scale RC drift cars. Designed for 1/24, 1/27, and 1/28 scale applications, the ONI2806 combines drift-specific programming, adjustable settings, and high-voltage capability in an extremely small aluminum housing.
The gyro comes pre-loaded with firmware optimized for RC drifting. Its PID control system and 32-bit processor continuously monitor vehicle movement and provide steering corrections to help maintain stability and control through transitions and sustained drifts.
Gyro gain can be adjusted to suit different chassis setups, driving styles, and track conditions. Reversible direction functionality allows the gyro's correction direction to be properly configured for the vehicle's steering system.
The unit supports a 1500μs servo pulse width with 50Hz, 333Hz, and 768Hz operating frequencies, allowing compatibility with a variety of micro steering servo setups.
A CNC-machined aluminum housing protects the electronics while also helping dissipate heat. At approximately 19.8 x 14 x 8mm and only 6g, the gyro requires very little chassis space, making it particularly useful for tightly packaged micro drift builds.
