The HengGuan HGP80305 is a large-scale 8x8 military-style dump truck that combines heavy-duty off-road capability with impressive scale realism. Finished in green, this RTR model comes preassembled with a full-time 8-wheel-drive system, two-speed transmission, functional dump bed, LED lighting, realistic sound effects, and 2.4GHz radio equipment.
Weighing over 20 pounds, the HGP80305 is built around a durable box-style ladder frame constructed from steel and alloy components. Its detailed metal cab, realistic suspension, and numerous scale accessories give this truck an authentic military-inspired appearance while the powerful drivetrain provides the capability to tackle challenging terrain.
Power is delivered through all four axles for maximum traction. The drivetrain features dual front differentials, dual rear spools, hardened metal universal driveshafts, and a two-speed high/low transmission. This setup allows the truck to operate with controlled low-speed performance or increased speed when conditions allow.
A preinstalled 320A ESC and high-torque 550-class motor provide the power needed to move this large and heavy-duty vehicle.
The HGP80305 uses a realistic leaf spring-style suspension system with separate alloy shocks to help absorb uneven terrain while maintaining its scale appearance. The front four wheels are controlled through a cable-operated steering system using dual steering servos, providing improved maneuverability for the large 8x8 platform.
The realistic dump truck-style bed is fully functional and can raise and lower for added scale operation. Designed to support up to 5kg of weight, it allows the HGP80305 to haul and dump cargo for an even more realistic driving experience.
The multi-piece metal cab features a detailed scale interior, functioning side doors, folding side mirrors, and a full-size spare tire and wheel. Additional scale details include grab bars, an exhaust shield, windshield wipers, tow shackles, a metal front skid plate, rubber mud flaps, a functional cable spool, jerry cans, cargo boxes, and a detailed fuel cell that houses the vehicle electronics.
The HGP80305 includes a preinstalled LED lighting and sound system for a more immersive driving experience. The sound system produces startup and engine effects, while the LED system includes headlights, side marker lights, brake lights, and a roof-mounted warning light.
The side marker lights function as turn signals, while the brake lights increase in brightness during braking or when the vehicle is stopped.
