This is the MG Gundam NT-1 Alex "Version 2.0" 1/100 Action Figure Model Kit from Bandai, celebrating the 30th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket. The second version of the Gundam NT-1 "Alex" boasts a re-designed structure, incorporating a newer inner frame and updated armor proportions. Notable features include an opening shield, armor for arm-mounted gatling guns and thrusters, broken blade antennae, and a unique mask not present in the previous version.
