Shipping & Delivery:

All items are shipped from our facilities once the order processing and order packaging is completed. My Tobbies team is committed to process all the orders within two* days. We currently do NOT ship overseas, however; international shipping will be available to all our visitors very soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launched.

The tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier themselves and is for your order, which should show the estimated delivery time. Please note that the transit times are subject to change by the carriers. Please allow some time for the carriers to update their information.

All orders expected to be out on delivery within average of 2 business days. We do not guarantee same day shipping.


Return(s) & Replacement(s)


We will accept merchandise(s) for exchange that was purchased on our website ONLY.

Exchange is available on manufacture defect item(s), per defected merchandise may be exchanged within 15 days after order was placed. We reserve the right to deny exchange merchandise(s), if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used (any sign of wear and tear), crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust or other contaminants. On remote controlled merchandise, we strongly suggest you to test your merchandise functioning with its remote control before start using it. We may also request photo(s) of the merchandise before issuing a RMA number. See Return(s) for details on how to return merchandise.

Exchange is also available on upgrade(s)* within 15 days after order was placed. Upgrades are ONLY available on equal or lesser value. See Return(s) for details on how to return merchandise.

* Merchandise should be UNOPENED in order to be qualified for upgrade. We will not accept item(s) that have been glued, adjusted or tampered with from its original form upon arrival.


Unopened Item(s) returned for refund(s) must be returned within 30 days after order was placed. There will be an additional 25% restocking fee charged to any item(s) returned for a refund. The restocking fee does not apply for exchange(s). Replacement order(s) are not eligible for refund(s). See Return(s) for details on how to return merchandise.


All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number that will be provided by our dedicated customer service [email protected]WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS THAT ARE RETURNED BACK TO US WITHOUT AND RMA NUMBER THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.Defected Merchandises wishing to be returned must accompany all manual(s), accessories, and all other item(s) in its original packaging and fully intact. Returned merchandise(s) must be received by us first before we will process and ship-out any replacement(s),

My Tobbies cannot be held responsible for any lost shipment of returned merchandise(s) during the shipping process. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost to send the return merchandise(s) back to our facilities. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective (manufactures’ defect), we will ship-out replacement(s) free of charge. If the customer has requested an upgrade, shipping both ways are customer’s responsibility and should include a return label with return package.


Pricing & Promotions

My Tobbies reserves the right to change or modify all pricing and promotions without notice or obligation. We are not responsible for typography or photography errors. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.


Warranty & Disclaimer

All remote controlled products should be handled with great care. The user is required to read all instructions, mauals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. We do NOT accept any responsibility for improper installation of our products and crash damages; pre-flight procedures and methods should be taken prior to take-off to check the functionality of all components.
